Question: What if I want a song that I don't see on your music list?
Answer: No problem. Capital City Entertainment has thousands of song titles and carries all of them to every event. If you are looking for a certain song, just give us a call. If we don't have it, we will get it.

Question: There are other DJs out there and some of them are even cheaper, why should we hire you?
Answer: Capital City Entertainment is a business, not a hobby; therefore, we take pride in every performance. We understand that your wedding is a once in a lifetime occasion, and we want it to be the best it can be for you. The following are reasons we are the best choice in entertainment for you.

1. All of our equipment is attractively housed in cases. Our equipment is neat and clean with no ugly cords all over the place. A professional image is very important to us.

2. We coordinate with your photographer/Videographer to make sure he/she is ready for every event (i.e. First dance and cake cutting)

3. We make sure we are completely set up and music is playing as your guests are arriving.

4. Capital City Entertainment has a huge music library for all ages. A variety of music can be played so all will be entertained. We offer a variety of specialty dances like the Cha Cha Slide, Hokey Pokey, Chicken Dance, Electric Slide, Macarena, Limbo, and much more. With over 15 years of experience, we know what it takes to get you on the dance floor and keep you there.

5. We offer extensive planning services and will coordinate your entire event to ensure it flows smoothly. You will not have to worry about a thing.

Question: How will the DJ be dressed?
Answer:Normally, your Dj will wear a Tuxedo for formal events like wedding receptions and proms. However, if you prefer different attire, We will honor that request within reason. Safety and functionality are a factor.

Question: How far in advance do I need to book you?
Answer: It is best to book as soon as you can. As soon as you reserve your event hall, you should book your entertainment. Weddings usually book a year in advance. We will not book you more than a year and 2 months out.

Question: Do you have any references?
Answer:Absolutely. Contact us for a current list of clients for references. We are also a member of N.A.M.E. (National Association of Mobile Entertainers) and the C.D.J.A (Carolina Disc Jockey Association). Larry Melton is the President of the Columbia Chapter of the C.D.J.A.

Question: What are your payment terms?
Answer:A retainer of $100.00 is required when the contract is signed and the remaining balance is due two weeks before your event date.
